“Open the Present” was Vodafone Portugal’s 2019 Christmas campaign, built around an emotional message of reconciliation and reconnection during the holidays. Inspired by the idea that Christmas is the moment to make peace with the past and truly open the gift, the film told a moving story about a family overcoming old disagreements through patience, effort, and love.
Instead of focusing on offers or products, Vodafone positioned itself as an enabler of human connection, highlighting the power of reaching out and rebuilding bonds.
